Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Suchstrategie sollte sich nicht nur auf Stellenangebote beziehen. Nicht alle offenen Stellen werden ausgeschrieben. Dies ist beispielsweise der Fall, wenn geeignete Initiativbewerbungen oder Empfehlungen vorliegen, der Bedarf schon erkennbar ist, aber noch nicht in einer Stellenanzeige konkretisiert wurde oder der Betrieb nicht damit rechnet, entsprechend geeignete Bewerbungen zu erhalten. Initiativbewerbungen sollten daher einen Zusatz enthalten, wie z. B. „Sollte derzeit kein Bedarf bestehen, ich aber Ihr Interesse geweckt haben, überlasse ich Ihnen gerne meine Bewerbungsunterlagen für eine spätere Verwendung.“
