Zusammenfassung Was kann man eigentlich noch machen, um das Einstellungsverhalten nach dem Vorstellungsgespräch noch positiv zu beeinflussen? Im Vertrieb gibt es den sogenannten „After-Sale-Call“ oder eine „After-Sale-Mail“, warum sollte man solche Marketinginstrumente nicht auch im Bewerbungsverfahren nutzen?
