Abstract

Zusammenfassung Operative Aufgaben umfassen ein Bündel von Tätigkeitsfeldern. Ein Rückgriff auf die Zwei-Faktoren-Theorie von Herzberg trägt dazu bei, digitale Faktoren einzuordnen. „Hygienefaktoren“ sind laut Herzberg die Faktoren, welche bei positiver Ausprägung die Entstehung von Unzufriedenheit verhindern, aber nicht zur Zufriedenheit beitragen bzw. diese erzeugen. „Motivationsfaktoren“ beeinflussen nach Herzberg die Motivation zur Leistung selbst und kommen schwerpunktmäßig aus dem Arbeitsinhalt. Damit ergeben sich aus operativen Leistungen, die Unzufriedenheit verhindern und solche, die Zufriedenheit schaffen (Franken, Verhaltensorientierte Führung, Gabler, 2010, S. 92). Dabei ist sowohl die Sicht der Geschäftspartner als auch für indirekte Leistungsbereiche, wie das Controlling, die Perspektive deren „Kunden“ zu berücksichtigen.
