Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Hinwendung zu erneuerbaren Energien (PV, Wind, Bioenergie, Geothermie) geht teils mit ökologisch problematischen Erscheinungsformen einher. PV-Freiflächenanlagen tragen zur problematischen Industrialisierung der Landschaft bei. Die großskalige Nutzung von regenerativen Energieträgern ist nicht per se auch ökologisch nachhaltig. Vielmehr gilt es, die diversen ökologischen Bedingungen, die im Sinne der Nachhaltigkeit erforderlich sind, umfassend auf die Nutzung regenerativer Energien anzuwenden, insbesondere ökologische Restriktionen bei der energetischen Flächennutzung. Bzgl. energiepolitischer Ziele reicht das Verständnis von Energie-Souveränität in wesentlichen Aspekten über das traditionelle Verständnis von „Versorgungssicherheit“ hinaus, „Souveränität“ zielt auch auf eine politische Dimension. Die schnelle Abkehr von russischen Energielieferungen zwingt Deutschland aktuell zu einigen Richtungsänderungen bei seiner Energiewende.
