Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die betriebliche Krankenversicherung entwickelt sich zunehmend zu einem strategischen Instrument zur Steigerung des Return on Investment (ROI) im Personalmanagement. Ihr ökonomischer Nutzen zeigt sich in diesem Kapitel mit hohen Praxisbezug insbesondere in der Reduktion von Fehlzeiten, der Verbesserung der Mitarbeitermotivation sowie der Senkung von Fluktuationskosten. Durch präventive und kurative Leistungen – von medizinischer Vorsorge über mentale Gesundheitsangebote bis hin zu Pflegeunterstützung – erhöht die bKV nachweislich die Leistungsfähigkeit und -bereitschaft der Belegschaft. Unternehmen profitieren zudem von einer gestärkten Arbeitgebermarke, verkürzten Besetzungszeiten offener Stellen und einer höheren Mitarbeiterbindung. In Zeiten zunehmender Fachkräfteknappheit und steigender Gesundheitskosten stellt die bKV somit einen wirtschaftlich effektiven Hebel zur nachhaltigen Sicherung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit dar. Sie verbindet Fürsorge mit Effizienz – messbar, wirksam und zukunftsorientiert.
