Abstract

Zusammenfassung In Zeiten wachsender Fachkräfteknappheit, steigender Gesundheitskosten und demografischen Wandels gewinnt eine werteorientierte Personalarbeit an strategischer Bedeutung. Dieses Fachbuchkapitel zeigt, wie Unternehmen durch betriebliche Kranken- und Pflegeversicherungen (bKV/bPV) nicht nur Gesundheit und Zufriedenheit ihrer Mitarbeiter stärken, sondern auch ihre Wettbewerbsfähigkeit sichern. Die betriebliche Krankenversicherung etabliert sich dabei als erlebbarer Benefit mit hohem emotionalem und wirtschaftlichem Mehrwert. Besonders das flexible Budgetmodell revolutioniert die Gesundheitsvorsorge im Betrieb. Ergänzt durch arbeits- und steuerrechtliche Hinweise sowie die Integration der Pflegevorsorge wird die bKV zur Schlüsselmaßnahme moderner Personalpolitik. Wertschätzung wird so konkret, erlebbar – und zum Erfolgsfaktor.
