Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Unternehmensnachfolge zu Lebzeiten bezeichnet den Prozess der Übergabe eines Unternehmens durch den aktuellen Inhaber oder die Inhaberin, während dieser noch aktiv ist und lebt. Dieser Ansatz bietet mehrere Vorteile, darunter eine reibungslose Übergabe, die Möglichkeit, den Nachfolger oder die Nachfolgerin einzuarbeiten, und die Sicherstellung der Kontinuität des Unternehmens. Bei der Unternehmensnachfolge ist die Weitergabe der Führung und der Anteile des Unternehmens an Familienmitglieder, von dem externen Verkauf des Unternehmens, weil zum Beispiel ein Nachfolger aus der Familie sich nicht finden lässt, zu unterscheiden.
