Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Erben und Vererben sind weit mehr als rein juristische oder wirtschaftliche Vorgänge. Sie sind tief in menschliche Beziehungen eingebettet und berühren grundlegende psychologische und soziale Aspekte unseres Lebens. Dieser Beitrag ist Teil eines interdisziplinären Werks, das sich dem Themenfeld „Erben und Vererben“ aus verschiedenen Perspektiven widmet. Während die juristischen und ökonomischen Dimensionen traditionell im Fokus stehen, sollen hier die psychologischen Aspekte näher beleuchtet werden, die oft im Hintergrund wirken, jedoch von entscheidender Bedeutung für das Verständnis der Dynamik dieses Themas sind.
