Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Bau- und Familienunternehmen Wolff & Müller will möglichst gut, störungs- und verschwendungsfrei bauen. Das gelingt nur, wenn der Fokus auf den Prozessen liegt: Prozesse werden erst optimiert und standardisiert, dann digitalisiert. Geht es um Planungs- und Bauprozesse, ist BIM die Methode der Wahl.
