Abstract

Zusammenfassung Bei der Quartiersentwicklung am Behrens-Ufer in Berlin-Schöneweide setzt die STRABAG-Gruppe mit der Auftraggeberin DIE AG auf Klima- und Denkmalschutz sowie innovative Lösungen für einen modernen Gewerbestandort, bei dem der Mensch im Fokus steht. Das neue Quartier soll richtungsweisend für eine nachhaltige Stadtentwicklung sein. Die Methode BIM ist integraler Bestandteil der Projektabwicklung und Grundlage der vielseitigen Anwendungsfälle im Projekt.
