Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieser Beitrag widmet sich der Entwicklung eines ganzheitlichen Konzepts für ein Lebenszykluskostenmanagement komplexer Investitionsgüter, dargestellt am Beispiel der Stadtwerke München GmbH (SWM). Angesichts der erheblichen Ausgaben für komplexe Investitionsgüter und der Diskrepanzen zwischen geplanten und tatsächlichen Projektkosten, wird eine wirksame Nutzung der Lebenszykluskostenschätzung als essenziell erachtet. Die SWM dient als Fallstudie für diesen holistischen Ansatz, welche eine Optimierung der Projektperformance und eine Einhaltung des Wirtschaftlichkeitsgrundsatzes erreichen soll. Der Beitrag entfaltet ein multidimensionales Konzept, das die Aspekte der Strategie und Planung, des Beschaffungsprozesses, der Organisationsstruktur, der Mitarbeiterqualifikation und -kultur sowie Datenmanagement, Controlling und Reporting ganzheitlich betrachtet und miteinander verbindet und ein proaktives Management von Lebenszykluskosten in der Beschaffung komplexer Investitionsgüter fördert.
