Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der TÜV AUSTRIA hat eine Software-Lösung auf Basis von Large Language Models mit einem Entwicklungspartner umgesetzt, um repetitive Textanalysen in der Rechtsabteilung zu automatisieren und dadurch die Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen effizienter zu gestalten. Die Anwendung fokussiert auf rechtlich relevante Informationen wie Haftungsbestimmungen, Pönalen und Gewährleistung und ermöglicht eine strukturierte Zusammenfassung inklusive Quellenangabe, wodurch die Bearbeitungszeit signifikant verkürzt wird. Erste Erfolge zeigen, dass die Software zuverlässig arbeitet und Schritte zur selbständigen Nutzung durch den Vertrieb sowie zur Integration in das Vertragsmanagement initiiert wurden. Ergänzt durch Begleitung eines KI-zertifzierenden Tochterunternehmens und unter Berücksichtigung strenger Sicherheits- und Datenschutzanforderungen, setzt das Projekt auf interne Lösungen mit Open Source-Modellen zur Wahrung der Datenhoheit.
