Abstract

Zusammenfassung Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) ist heutzutage in aller Munde und hat sich als treibende Kraft der modernen Digitalisierung etabliert. Von selbstfahrenden Autos bis hin zu intelligenten Sprachassistenten – KI revolutioniert zahlreiche Lebensbereiche und Branchen. Doch was bedeutet das für die Rechtsabteilungen großer Unternehmen? Lassen Sie uns einen Blick darauf werfen, wie KI die juristische Welt verändert und welche Chancen und Herausforderungen sich daraus ergeben. Dabei gehen wir als Beispiel für eine KI-Auswahlentscheidung auf die Einführung der KI Harvey bei der Deutschen Telekom AG ein.
