Use Case 4: Contract Lifecycle Management – Einführung & Herausforderungen

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Use Case beschreibt die CLM-Tool Einführung im Unternehmen, da die bestehende Vertragsdatenbank auf SharePoint den gestiegenen Anforderungen nicht mehr gerecht wurde; zentrale Funktionen wie effiziente Suchmöglichkeiten, automatisierte Abläufe und die Verknüpfung von Vertragsänderungen mit dem ursprünglichen Vertrag wurden geschaffen. Nach einem strukturierten Auswahlprozess wurde ein CLM-Tool, das den gesamten Lebenszyklus eines Vertrags abdeckt und Prozesse wie Vertragserstellung, Genehmigungen und elektronische Signaturen automatisiert, gewählt. Der Use Case geht auf die schrittweise Implementierung, konsequentes Change Management, sowie abgestimmte Kommunikation – um die Akzeptanz und Nutzung des Tools sicherzustellen – ein.
