Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Rechtsabteilung der Österreichische Post AG setzt Legal Tech und insbesondere ein Dokumentenautomatisierungstool gezielt ein, um repetitive, standardisierbare Prozesse zu optimieren. Dabei werden bestehende Abläufe genau analysiert und digitale Vorlagen entwickelt, die herkömmliche Word-Dokumente ersetzen. Die Auswahl des passenden Tools erfolgte unter Berücksichtigung von Aspekten wie Implementierungsmöglichkeiten, Nutzerfreundlichkeit, Support, Kostenmodellen, Datenschutz und Flexibilität.
