Abstract

Zusammenfassung Unter der Leitung eines multidisziplinären Teams in Deutschland beriet die globale Wirtschaftskanzlei DLA Piper die internationale Hotelgruppe IHG Hotels & Resorts bei einem langfristigen Vertrag mit Novum HospitalityM&A Transaktionsmanagement, digitales, einem der größten inhabergeführten Hotelbetreiber Deutschlands. Neben der vertraglichen Beratung führte das DLA Piper Team eine umfassende Due Diligence PrüfungDue-Diligence-Prüfung durch, bei der alternative juristische Ressourcen wie Legal Technology, Legal Project Manager und Projektjuristen zum Einsatz kamen. Die automatisierte Erstellung zahlreicher operativer Verträge mittels DokumentenautomatisierungDokumentenautomatisierung und der Einsatz digitaler Signaturen trug maßgeblich zum Erfolg dieses Projekts bei. Im Rahmen der Transaktion erweiterte IHG Hotels & Resorts das Portfolio um mehr als 120 Hotels und ist damit nunmehr die zweitgrößte Hotelkette auf dem deutschen Markt.
