Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Use Case beschreibt, wie das globale Spend Management-System der Rechtsabteilung eine transparente und detaillierte Analyse der Ausgaben für externe Beratungsleistungen nach Rechtsgebiet, geografischer Region und Fachbereich ermöglicht, wodurch die Kostenkontrolle entscheidend verbessert wird. Durch Echtzeit-Benchmarking und den Vergleich mit branchenüblichen Stundensätzen werden gezielte Verhandlungen erleichtert und die Optimierung der Ausgaben vorangetrieben. Zudem bietet das System eine solide Grundlage zur Entwicklung von Business Cases, die den wirtschaftlichen Vorteil von Insourcing-Modellen aufzeigen und eine effizientere Nutzung interner Ressourcen fördern. Unterstützt durch Technologien wie E-Billing und Dashboards gewährleistet das Spend Management eine effektive Steuerung sowie strategische Planung der Budgets und stärkt die Leistungsfähigkeit der Rechtsabteilung.
