Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel bietet einen Erfahrungsbericht der Aldi Süd AG zur Digitalisierung von Rechtsabteilungen, mit einem besonderen Fokus auf dem Beteiligungsmanagement. Im Rahmen der fortschreitenden digitalen Transformation von Unternehmen spielt die Effizienzsteigerung durch den Einsatz moderner Technologien in der Verwaltung von Beteiligungen eine bedeutende Rolle. Das Kapitel beleuchtet praxisnah die Herausforderungen und Chancen, die sich bei der Implementierung digitaler Lösungen in diesem Bereich ergeben, und gibt konkrete Empfehlungen zur Umsetzung. Ziel ist es, die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse für andere Rechtsabteilungen nutzbar zu machen, um eine effektivere und zukunftsorientierte Arbeitsweise zu ermöglichen.
