Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wissens oder Knowledge Management ist ein Begriff, der in seiner Breite und Tiefe oft als unhandlich und abstrakt wahrgenommen wird. Doch seine Praxisrelevanz, insbesondere in einer Rechtsabteilung, kann nicht hoch genug eingeschätzt werden. Macht man sich das Konzept zu eigen und passt es auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse an, kann es den juristischen Alltag deutlich erleichtern. Besonders für Juristinnen und Juristen, deren Tätigkeit auf exakten Informationen und fundiertem Fachwissen beruht, kann ein leistungsfähiges Knowledge Management-System nicht nur die Effizienz und Qualität der Arbeit deutlich verbessern, sondern auch den Arbeitsalltag erleichtern und die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens stärken.
