Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel untersucht die Implementierung und Governance von KI-Systemen im juristischen Kontext, mit besonderem Fokus auf die Anwendung von Generativer Künstlicher Intelligenz (GenAI) zur Einhaltung von ESG-Vorgaben (Environmental, Social, Governance) in regulierten Branchen. Anhand einer praktischen Fallstudie wird aufgezeigt, wie ein mittelständisches Unternehmen mit begrenzten Ressourcen und einem dynamischen regulatorischen Umfeld durch den Einsatz von Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Effizienzgewinne und Transparenzsteigerungen in seinen Compliance-Prozessen erzielt. Das Kapitel stellt die grundlegenden Prinzipien einer verantwortungsvollen KI-Governance vor und bietet konkrete Implementierungsstrategien für unterschiedliche Unternehmensgrößen. Die Diskussion zukünftiger Schritte, wie die mögliche Erweiterung durch Fine-Tuning und Suchtechnologien, gibt Einblick in die nachhaltige Entwicklung KI-gestützter Systeme im ESG-Bereich.
