Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Digitalisierung der Rechtsabteilung ist ein zentraler Schritt für die Zukunftssicherung und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit von Unternehmen. Studien zeigen, dass viele Unternehmen ihre Geschäftsmodelle ohne Digitalisierung nicht aufrechterhalten können. Als wichtige Funktion innerhalb von Unternehmen kann auch die Rechtsabteilung durch digitale Technologien effizienter arbeiten, indem operative Aufgaben, juristische Inhalte und Dokumente digitalisiert werden. Der wachsende Legal Tech-Markt bietet zahlreiche Lösungen, um Effizienz und Qualität zu steigern. Zudem verändern neue Generationen von JuristInnen die Erwartungen an Arbeitsweisen.
