Abstract

Zusammenfassung Es wird das Risikomanagement im Einkauf bei der OBO Bettermann Gruppe vorgestellt. Die OBO Bettermann Gruppe gehört zu den führenden Herstellern von Installationssystemen für die elektrotechnische Infrastruktur von Anlagen und Gebäuden. Zur systematischen Identifizierung und Steuerung von Beschaffungsrisiken wird auf Basis der 15M-Architektur der Supply-Strategie ein umfassendes Konzept entwickelt, das ursachenorientiert Risiken innerhalb der Rahmen-, der Markt- und Lieferantenstrategien steuert. Nach einer kurzen Vorstellung des Einkaufs bei der OBO Bettermann und des grundlegenden Aufbaus des Risikomanagements im Einkauf wird das Risikomanagement auf Ebene der Strategiebausteine präsentiert: Risikomanagement in der Rahmenstrategie, Risikomanagement auf Ebene der Marktstrategien und Risikomanagement auf Ebene der Lieferantenstrategien.
