Abstract

Zusammenfassung Building Block 5 beschreibt die Analyse und die Steuerung der Risiken in den Supply-Märkten (synonym für Material- bzw. Warengruppen). Entsprechend der Basisidee des 15M-Risikomanagements wird die Analyse und Steuerung der Marktrisiken in die Entwicklung der Supply-Marktstrategien integrieren. Insofern wird zunächst ein Überblick über die Formulierung von Marktstrategien gegeben und gezeigt, wie Risikoüberlegungen darin zu verankern sind. Anschließend wird in vier Schritten die Entwicklung von Supply-Marktstrategien unter besonderer Betonung der Risikoüberlegungen betrachtet: Risikoanalyse in der externen Marktanalyse, Marktzielen und Vorgaben, Risikoanalyse in der internen Marktanalyse, Formulierung von Marktstrategien. Dabei werden die drei Ansätze im 15M-Risikomanagement (ursachenorientiert, wirkungsorientiert, Krisenfestigkeit) sowie alle Risikoarten (Versorgungsrisiken, Nachhaltigkeitsrisiken, Kostenrisiken, …) gleichermaßen berücksichtigt. Die Ausführungen werden anhand einer fiktiven Fallstudie illustriert. Insbesondere wird auch der Einsatz des 15M-Risikoradars in der Fallstudie vorgestellt. Ferner werden einige konzeptionelle Überlegungen zum Risikomanagement im N-Tier-Management bzw. im Lieferkettenmanagement vertieft.
