Abstract

Zusammenfassung In Kap 6 werden der Building Block 4 (Materialrisiken) und der Building Block 6 (Lieferantenrisiken) vorgestellt. Die sichere Versorgung mit den benötigten Materialien ist die zentrale Aufgabe im Einkauf, zu der kritische Lieferanten und Lieferketten gesteuert werden müssen. Im Building Block 4 werden die Materialien ursachen- und wirkungsorientiert auf Risiken hin überwacht. Darüber hinaus werden Materialien mit vergleichbaren Risikoprofilen zu Risikoclustern zusammengefasst und gemeinsam gesteuert. Im Building Block 6 werden die lieferantenorientierten Risiken betrachtet. Da sich lieferantenorientierte Risiken in unterschiedlichen Aufgabenstellungen des strategischen Einkaufs auswirken, z. B. in den Markstrategien, in den Lieferantenstrategien oder in den Vergabeentscheidungen, werden die Aufgabenfelder mit besonderem Fokus auf Lieferantenrisiken im Sinne der 15M-Architektur strukturiert und beschrieben. Es wird ausführlich ein Konzept für die Steuerung der Lieferantenrisiken innerhalb der Lieferantenstrategie und der dazugehörige Steuerungsprozess vorgestellt.
