15M-Risikoradar: Analyse und Steuerung der Risikoarten

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Teil III betrachtet die Steuerung materialbezogener Risiken auf den Steuerungsebenen Material, Markt und Lieferant. Da die Steuerung der einzelnen Risikoarten innerhalb dieser drei Sichten eng verknüpft ist, wird das 15M-Risikoradar entwickelt. Das 15M-Risikoradar ist eine strukturierte und umfassende Checkliste zur Steuerung der Risikoarten auf Ebene der materialbezogenen Risiken. Ausgangspunkt der Analyse sind die 1st-Tier-Risiken im Einkauf: Versorgungs- und Ausfallrisiken, Abhängigkeitsrisiken, Compliance- und Nachhaltigkeits-Risiken, Qualitätsrisiken, Know-how- und Innovationsrisiken, Leistungsrisiken, Kosten- und Finanzrisiken. Für jede Risikoart werden wesentliche Risikoursachen identifiziert, teils werden zu den identifizierten Ursachen dahinter liegende Ursachen sowie Indikatoren und KPIs abgeleitet. Ferner werden zu den einzelnen Risikoarten typische Präventionsmaßnahmen beschrieben. Das „15M-Risikoradar“ ist in Form einer kompakten Checkliste zusammengefasst. Methodische Fragen und erforderliche Vereinfachungen bei der Entwicklung des 15M-Risikoradars werden ausführlich diskutiert
