Abstract

Zusammenfassung Als dritter Building Block zur Steuerung der Top-Risiken wird die Analyse und Entwicklung der Krisenfestigkeit im Einkauf vorgestellt. Die Vorbereitung, beliebige Krisen erfolgreich zu managen, ist eine zentrale Vorgehensweise im Risikomanagement gegenüber unerwarteten Risiken. Basis der Überlegungen ist der Aufbau eines Reifegradmanagements zur Stärkung der Krisenfestigkeit. Es werden die Grundlagen des Reifegradmanagements bzw. des Reifegradmodells zur Krisenfestigkeit ausgeführt. Danach wird das Fachkonzept des Reifegradmodells vorgestellt, in dem die Dimensionen bzw. die Hebel zur Stärkung der Krisenfestigkeit des Einkaufs erläutert werden. Abschließend werden wesentliche Aspekte zur Anwendung des Reifegradkonzeptes in der Praxis sowie zur Entwicklung des Reifegrades diskutiert.
