Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Teil „Steuerung der Top-Risiken“ werden die Risiken mit übergreifender Bedeutung für den gesamten Einkauf gesteuert. Hierzu werden drei Building Blocks gebildet, die sich auf jeweils einen Ansatz im Risikomanagement konzentrieren und jeweils einem Kapitel zugeordnet werden. Building Block 1 beschreibt die ursachenorientierte Steuerung der Top-Risiken auf Ebene des gesamten Einkaufs. Zunächst werden unabhängig vom Risikomanagement-Ansatz der Begriff Top-Risiken definiert und deren Einbindung in die 15M-Architektur erläutert. Anschließend wird für den ursachenorientierten Ansatz der Risikomanagement-Prozess mit seinen wesentlichen Prozessschritten und Methoden vorgestellt. Zentrales Konzept ist die Risk-Map, die detailliert mit den Prozessschritten Risikoidentifikation, Risikobewertung, Risikosteuerung und Risikoüberwachung beschrieben wird. Für die Umsetzung der ursachenorientierten Steuerung der Top-Risiken hat sich der Einsatz eines Risikomanagement-Workshops bewährt. Mit einem fiktiven Beispiel in Form einer Case Study wird die Vorgehensweise eines solchen Risikomanagement-Workshops erläutert. Abschließend werden drei weitere Methoden zur Steuerung von Top-Risiken (SWOT-Analyse, Szenario-Analyse, Früherkennungssysteme) aus Einkaufssicht näher beschrieben.
