Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die IBR-Analyse ist ein wirkungsorientiert ausgerichteter Risikomanagement-Ansatz für mittelständische Industrieunternehmen, der bei der Sonax GmbH entwickelt wurde und seit Jahren eingesetzt wird. Der Ansatz identifiziert über Stücklistenauflösung Materialien, deren Ausfall zu sehr hohem Umsatzausfall führt. Im cross-funktionalen Team werden die Materialien beurteilt und ggf. Maßnahmen zur Risikoprävention beschlossen. Im Beitrag werden die Organisation und die Prozesse der IBR-Analyse vorgestellt. Mittelstandsorientiert wird der Umsetzungsaufwand geringgehalten. Der Ansatz wurde im Jahr 2023 mit dem BME Procurement Excellence Award für KMU ausgezeichnet.
