Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Beitrag wird der Effectuation-Ansatz als lern- und lehrbare Methode unternehmerischen Denkens und Handelns im Kontrast zur klassischen Managementlogik vorgestellt. Die empirische Entrepreneurshipforschung entlarvt damit Mythen, die zum Phänomen des Entrepreneurship kursieren, und zeigt Wege auf, wie Start-up-Unternehmer und unternehmerische Manager in großen und kleinen Unternehmen von erfahrenen Entrepreneuren lernen können, die unsichere Zukunft zu gestalten, statt sie vorherzusagen.
