Abstract

ZusammenfassungDie Vorstellung vom Gründer als Alleskönner ist passé. Das Thema Unternehmensgründung kann man heute arbeitsteilig angehen. Statt alles selbst aufzubauen, können wir in einer hoch spezialisierten Wirtschaft auf Komponenten zugreifen: Professionelle Dienstleister, die Teile des Unternehmens wie z. B. Büroaufgaben oder Logistik übernehmen. Dieses Vorgehen macht Gründen weniger kapitalintensiv, professioneller und anpassungsfähiger.
