Abstract

Zusammenfassung Entrepreneurship-Kompetenzen entstehen nicht erst im Berufsleben, sondern entwickeln sich bereits in früheren Phasen der Sozialisation. Der Entrepreneurship Education kommt eine auslösende und prozessverstärkende Position zu. Der Artikel gibt einen Überblick über verschiedene Ansätze der Entrepreneurship Education, insbesondere für Jugendliche, wobei ein Schwerpunkt auf dem Ansatz Entrepreneurial Challenge based Learning (Entrepreneurship-Lernen durch Herausforderungen) liegt. Entrepreneurship competences develop early and don’t wait until a person starts their working life. This article provides an overview of various approaches to Entrepreneurship Education, especially for young people, with a focus on entrepreneurial challenge-based learning.
