Abstract

ZusammenfassungIm vorliegenden Beitrag sucht der Autor nach Lösungswegen für den Umgang mit unternehmerischen Krisen in unserem Land.Seine These: nur der unverkrampfte Umgang mit dem Scheitern wird gleichzeitig unternehmerischen Mut fördern.Neben aktuellen Zahlen zur sozio-ökonomischen Situation Deutschlands nennt er detailliert Gründe und Ursachen für Insolvenzen.Er kritisiert eine Mentalität, die das Scheitern tabuisiert und damit den einzelnen Unternehmer enorm unter Druck setzt.Kommt es zur Krise, fehlt es an schnellen, effizienten und flächendeckenden Beratungsangeboten.Am Beispiel der USA zeigt von Unruh exemplarisch deren vorbildlichen Umgang mit Krisen und wünscht sich eine Zukunft, in der wirtschaftliche Niederlagen präventiv vermieden oder konstruktiv in einen Neustart umgewandelt werden.
