Das Mitarbeitergespräch – Lästige Pflicht oder Chance?

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Eine grundlegende Form des menschlichen Zusammenlebens stellt das Gespräch dar, wir können es auch Kommunikation nennen. Dabei geht es darum, in einem Austausch zu ermitteln, was wahr ist und was falsch ist, Vorstellungen und Fakten des anderen zu erkennen oder ggf. zu korrigieren bzw. durch die eigene Meinung zu ergänzen. Der Austausch dient dazu, evtl. vorhandene Missverständnisse auszuräumen, auch Kommunikationsprobleme zu beseitigen. Somit können auch Emotionen ausgetauscht werden. Eichler sagt dazu: „Kommunikation ist die menschliche Kontaktaufnahme und Interaktion mit dem Ziel sich zu verständigen“ (Eichler 2008).
