Abstract

Zusammenfassung In einer digitalisierten Welt hat sich die Kommunikation grundlegend verändert. Für C-Level, Entrepreneure und Manager reicht es heute nicht mehr aus, auf eine ausgewählte Plattform zu setzen. Vielmehr ist eine konsistente und kontinuierliche Präsenz auf mehreren Kommunikationskanälen entscheidend, um die eigene Positionierung zu stärken, Vertrauen zu schaffen und nachhaltige Beziehungen zu Stakeholdern aufzubauen. In diesem Kapitel werden die Grundlagen einer professionellen Kommunikation und die verschiedenen Kanäle für eine integrierte Kommunikationsstrategie vorgestellt.
