Abstract

ZusammenfassungDie Gesellschaft ist noch „renditestark“, aber mit großen Problemen in der Bilanz und in der GuV. Während die GuV noch „Reserven“ hat – die Umsatzrendite nach Steuern ist mit 8,8 % immer noch auf einem akzeptablen Niveau – ist die Gesellschaft vom Bilanzbild her nicht mehr weit vom Tatbestand der Insolvenz (hier Zahlungsunfähigkeit) aufgrund selbst verschuldeter struktureller Probleme im (Netto-)Umlaufvermögen entfernt. Der Einbruch in diesem Jahr ist aber selbst gemacht und das haben wir leicht nachweisen können. Das Management hat versagt und riskiert sogar eine Insolvenz. Leider, aber auch bei Unternehmen gilt nur allzu häufig: „Der Fisch stinkt von Kopf zuerst“.
