Abstract

Zusammenfassung Diese Darstellung öffnet einen Vorstellungsraum und lädt zur Diskussion ein: Mit welchen Mehrwerten für Mitarbeitende und Organisationen könnten im Jahr 2035 Digital Humans in Kommunikations- und Lehrfunktionen, als Team- und Fachassistenzen sowie als erweiterte Individuen eingesetzt werden? Der Beitrag stellt dar, wie Gig-Economy, Work-Life-Balance, internationale High-Performance-Teams und die Lernprozesse von Organisationen eine Nachfrage nach solchen Digital Humans wahrscheinlich machen. Zugleich zeigt er auf, welche kritischen Unsicherheiten einen großen Einfluss auf diese Entwicklung haben werden. Bei der Antizipation von Risiken und Chancen macht er auf die Gefahr eines für große technologische Veränderungen häufigen Risikofokus aufmerksam. Als Abhilfe stellt er das methodische Vorgehen von explorativen Szenarien mit kritischen Unsicherheiten vor, illustriert am Beispiel der Antipoden „Werkzeug zum Machtmissbrauch“ versus „Instrument gegen Machtmissbrauch“.
