Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag fokussiert ein in der gruppendynamischen Forschung bislang eher weniger beachtetes Thema, die Bedeutung des Informellen für das offizielle Geschehen einer Gruppe. Im Unterschied zu soziologischen Überlegungen, die Teams ausschließlich unter den Gesichtspunkten organisationaler Rollen- und Funktionserwartungen betrachten, wird eine gruppendynamische Perspektive entfaltet, die Gruppen (und damit auch Teams) als eigenen Sozialkörper ansieht, in dem sich das Leben auf unterschiedliche Art und Weise abspielen kann. Gegenstand der Untersuchung ist dabei die gruppendynamische Trainingsgruppe (T-Gruppe), um das Verhältnis zwischen formeller und informeller Kommunikation zu untersuchen. Dem folgen praktische Überlegungen für die Arbeit mit Teams.
