Abstract

Zusammenfassung Während die einen nach Menschenzentrierung und Selbstverwirklichung rufen und die anderen nach mehr Verantwortungsübernahme und Innovationen, lacht sich die Organisation ins Fäustchen. Dass es sie gibt, mit ihrer seltsamen Eigenlogik, wird vergessen. Das gibt ihr die Möglichkeit, ihre Spiele aus dem Hinterhalt zu spielen. Organisationen bespielen ihre Menschen mit ihren Handlungsfeldern und bringen bei ihnen bestimmte Einstellungen, Gefühle und Verhaltensweisen hervor. Das Verhalten und Erleben von Menschen ist im Arbeitskontext mehr durch die Spielregeln des sozialen Kontextes zu erklären als durch psychische Prozesse. Eine Spezialrolle spielen hierbei Organisationskulturen. Sie markieren Grenzüberschreitung und drohen bei Verletzung der Grenzen mit dem Rauswurf. Organisationsmitglieder zeigen Verhaltensweisen, bei denen nicht mit negativen Bewertungen zu rechnen ist.
