Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Entwicklung einer Ownership-Kultur stellt Führungskräfte vor große Herausforderungen. Dieses Kapitel zeigt, wie dennoch Ownership erfolgreich als Haltung etabliert werden kann. Dabei werden die unterschiedlichen Entwicklungsstufen von Mitarbeitenden auf ihrem Weg zu mehr Ownership analysiert und Strategien vorgestellt, wie Führungskräfte diesen Weg zu mehr Verantwortung systematisch unterstützen können. Die dabei auftretenden menschlichen und strukturellen Widerstände werden aufgegriffen und es werden praxisnahe Ansätze vermittelt, wie diese überwunden werden können.
