Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wie zum Thema Employability deutlich wird, hängt die Arbeits- und Leistungsfähigkeit von vielen Faktoren ab. Grundsätzlich kann konstatiert werden, dass Arbeit und Gesundheit einander bedingen. So ist zu beobachten, dass bestimmte Parameter in der Arbeit krank machen und umgekehrt. Sobald diese Aspekte den Beteiligten bewusst sind, können beide Seiten eine andere Einstellung, Haltung und ein anderes Verhalten an den Tag legen. Die individuelle Employability/Arbeits- und Leistungsfähigkeit liegt auch in der Verantwortung jedes Arbeitnehmers. In diesem Kapitel werden Sichtweisen und Bedürfnisse, aber auch Verantwortlichkeiten präsentiert.
