Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel wird untersucht, wie Natural Language Processing (NLP) zur Identifikation phasenspezifischer Patientenbedürfnisse entlang der Patientenreise eingesetzt werden kann. Durch die Analyse unstrukturierter Daten aus Patientenakten, Befragungen und sozialen Medien verspricht NLP tiefere Einblicke in individuelle Bedürfnisse, von der Prävention über die Diagnose bis hin zur Nachsorge. Neben den technischen Möglichkeiten werden auch ethische Herausforderungen wie etwa Fragen nach Menschenbild, Verantwortung, Datenschutz, Fairness, Evidenz (algorithmische Verzerrungen = Fehler, die durch voreingenommene oder unausgewogene Trainingsdaten entstehen) untersucht. Ziel ist es, einen methodischen Ansatz zu präsentieren, der innovative Technik und ethische Verantwortung im Gesundheitswesen dialogisch vereint, um eine patientenzentrierte Versorgung zu optimieren.
