Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel untersucht, wie die Integration von Daten aus Wearables und elektronischen Gesundheitsakten mithilfe einer KI-gestützten Brücke, die Patientenreise entscheidend verbessern kann. Im Fokus steht das Potenzial einer solchen Lösung, eine personalisierte, proaktive und effizient koordinierte Gesundheitsversorgung zu fördern, die auf Echtzeitdaten basiert und individuelle Risikoprofile sowie präventive Maßnahmen ermöglicht. Gleichzeitig werden die Herausforderungen rund um Datenschutz, Datensicherheit und Transparenz angesprochen, die für das Vertrauen der Patienten von zentraler Bedeutung sind. Es wird argumentiert, dass eine KI-Brücke, die strenge Datenschutzstandards und transparente Datennutzung sicherstellt, nicht nur die Versorgungsqualität steigern, sondern auch das Gesundheitssystem langfristig patientenzentriert und zukunftsorientiert gestalten kann.
