Abstract

Zusammenfassung In den letzten Jahren hat der Einsatz KI-basierter Technologien in der stationären Patientenversorgung stark zugenommen. Diese Technologien können Gesundheitsorganisationen bei der Bewältigung vielfältiger Herausforderungen unterstützen und spielen damit eine maßgebliche Rolle für die Resilienz von Gesundheitsorganisationen. Leider beinhalten diese Anwendungen nicht nur Potenziale für die Steigerung der Qualität der Versorgung, sondern bergen auch sehr große Risiken für die Patientensicherheit. Die Integration solcher Systeme in laufende Prozesse stellt Gesundheitsorganisationen somit vor die Herausforderung, die Vorteile in der Patientenversorgung gegen neue, schwer abschätzbare und oft unbekannte Risiken abzuwägen. Durch die Resilienz-Brille betrachtet, werden in diesem Kapitel die Herausforderungen, die durch den Einsatz von KI in der stationären Patientenversorgung entstehen untersucht und deren Bedeutung für die Resilienz von Gesundheitsorganisationen beschrieben.
