Abstract

Zusammenfassung Trotz der Relevanz der ambulanten Pflege konzentrieren sich KI-Entwicklungen eher auf Krankenhausumgebungen oder unterstützende Technologien für ein selbstständiges Leben zu Hause (Smarthome). Dabei wurden die spezifischen Anforderungen von ambulanten Pflegediensten bei der Entwicklung von KI-Technologien bisher vernachlässigt. Es besteht ein großer Bedarf an Aufklärung und Wissensvermittlung über die Möglichkeiten von KI in der ambulanten Pflege, um dort die Pflegequalität zu sichern und/oder zu verbessern. KI-Technologien können dazu beitragen, die Pflegequalität zu steigern und Pflegekräfte zu entlasten, wobei es dringend notwendig ist, einen Wissenstransfer zwischen Forschung, Technologie und Praxis herzustellen. Um den Einsatz von KI in der ambulanten Pflege zu fördern, sind Maßnahmen notwendig, die im Rahmen der Politik, der Kostenträger sowie der Leistungserbringer und Leistungsnutzenden anzusiedeln sind. Künstliche Intelligenz bietet großes Potenzial, die ambulante Pflege zu modernisieren und zu verbessern, indem eine enge Zusammenarbeit sowie ein transparenter (Daten)-Austausch zwischen allen Akteuren stattfindet.
