Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieser Beitrag bietet einen fundierten Überblick über die Patientenreise im Gesundheitswesen, beginnend mit der grundlegenden Definition des Begriffs und der Betrachtung der Patientenerlebnisse und den Erfahrungen in den verschiedenen Phasen der Reise. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf der Analyse des Kerngeschäftsprozesses im Krankenhaus und der Wechselwirkung zwischen statischer und dynamischer Patientenreise. Im weiteren Verlauf wird der zukunftsweisende Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) innerhalb der Patientenreise dargestellt. Besonders im Fokus stehen dabei Interaktions- und Berührungspunkte, die durch KI optimiert werden können. Zudem wird eine Methode vorgestellt, die eine strukturierte Visualisierung der einzelnen Komponenten der Patientenreise ermöglicht und diese so transparent und nachvollziehbar macht. Die Unterscheidung zwischen KI-unterstützten und traditionellen Arbeitsbereichen zeigt, wie Arbeitsprozesse durch den Einsatz von Technologie optimiert oder beibehalten werden. Abschließend wird die Zukunft der KI in der Patientenreise hervorgehoben und deren zentrale Bedeutung für eine personalisierte und effiziente Gesundheitsversorgung aufgezeigt.
