Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel bietet praxisnahe Checklisten und Vorlagen zur Einführung und Etablierung der CoS-Rolle. CEOs erhalten eine strukturierte Entscheidungsgrundlage, um zu prüfen, ob eine CoS oder ein CEO Office für ihr Unternehmen sinnvoll ist. Ein Canvas zur persönlichen und beruflichen Weiterentwicklung unterstützt CoS auf ihrem Karriereweg. Die Kommunikationsstrategie zeigt, wie Unternehmen die neue Rolle erfolgreich intern einführen und Akzeptanz schaffen – von CEO-Statements über Stakeholder-Management bis hin zu Q&A-Sessions. Ein 100-Tage-Leitfaden hilft der CoS, sich schnell in ihrer Position zu orientieren. Ergänzend enthält das Kapitel eine Stakeholder-Liste zur gezielten Vernetzung und effektiven Zusammenarbeit.
