Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Erfolg in der Rolle der CoS hängt maßgeblich von den ersten 100 Tagen, einer klaren strategischen Ausrichtung und der Fähigkeit ab, Spannungsfelder aktiv zu steuern. Dieses Kapitel bietet einen strukturierten 100-Tage-Fahrplan, um die eigene Position im Unternehmen gezielt zu gestalten, Beziehungen aufzubauen und nachhaltige strategische Wirkung zu entfalten. Zudem beleuchtet es sieben zentrale Spannungsfelder, die eine CoS meistern muss, um zwischen Strategie und Umsetzung, Geschwindigkeit und Präzision sowie Einflussnahme und Zurückhaltung die richtige Balance zu finden. Das CoS-Playbook dient als Framework zur Steuerung der Rolle und umfasst vier Säulen: strategische Entscheidungsfindung, Multiprojektmanagement, Kommunikationssteuerung und Change-Management. Ergänzt durch klare Routinen, Prozesse und ein CoS-Dashboard, ermöglicht es effektive Priorisierung und nachhaltige Wirksamkeit. Wer diese Prinzipien umsetzt, etabliert sich als unverzichtbare strategische Schlüsselperson im Unternehmen.
