Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Rolle der CoS ist weit mehr als eine unterstützende Funktion – sie ist ein strategischer Hebel für Transformation, Innovation und Produktivität. Als Bindeglied zwischen Führungsebene und Organisation operationalisiert sie Visionen, optimiert Entscheidungsprozesse und gestaltet Wandel aktiv mit. Die CoS verstärkt die Wirksamkeit des CEOs, indem sie Netzwerke orchestriert, Innovationsprozesse strukturiert und Künstliche Intelligenz strategisch integriert. Gleichzeitig wirkt sie als Multiplikator für Unternehmenskultur und Change-Management. Doch ihre Einführung verändert bestehende Machtstrukturen und kann Widerstand hervorrufen. Damit die CoS nicht nur eingeführt, sondern auch wirksam wird, braucht es klare Verantwortlichkeiten, die Unterstützung des CEOs und eine strategische Integration in die Unternehmensführung
