Abstract

Zusammenfassung Unternehmensführung muss neu gedacht werden – weg von starren Hierarchien hin zu evolutionärer Führung, die Stabilität und Innovation gleichzeitig ermöglicht. In einer VUCA-Welt reicht es nicht mehr, nur Strategien zu entwickeln; Unternehmen müssen adaptive Systeme gestalten. Ambidextrie, als Fähigkeit, bestehende Strukturen zu optimieren und gleichzeitig Neues zu erkunden, ist dabei essenziell. Dieses Kapitel zeigt, warum CEOs nicht mehr alleinige Entscheider, sondern vielmehr Architekten und Facilitator von Veränderung sind. Die CoS spielt hierbei eine zentrale Rolle: Sie hält die Balance zwischen strategischer Umsetzung, organisationaler Steuerung und vernetzter Führung. Anhand von Praxisbeispielen wird verdeutlicht, wie das CEO-Office mit klar definierten Rollen – CEO, CoS und SEA – als Steuerungseinheit für moderne Führung agieren kann.
