Abstract

Zusammenfassung Am 22. Juli 2021 wurde das Gesetz zur Umsetzung der Richtlinie (EU) 2019/882 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates (also das Gesetz zur Umsetzung des European Accessibility Act – EAA) über die Barrierefreiheitsanforderungen für Produkte und Dienstleistungen im Bundesgesetzblatt veröffentlicht: das Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz. Die konkreten Anforderungen an die Barrierefreiheit für Produkte und Dienstleistungen gemäß BFSG sind im Rahmen einer Rechtsverordnung geregelt worden, die das Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Soziales im Einvernehmen mit dem Bundesministerium der Finanzen, dem Bundesministerium für Gesundheit, dem Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie sowie dem Bundesministerium für Verkehr und digitale Infrastruktur erarbeitet hat. Diese Rechtsverordnung wurde am 22. Juni 2022 im Bundesgesetzblatt veröffentlicht.
